Location
Located along the southern edge of the Uva Province of Sri Lanka, the beautiful village of Ella is home to the Zion View Guest House. The distance to the Ella Railway Station is less than 1km from the Zion View Guest House. The guesthouse offers pickups from the railway station. Ella is about 202 km away from the commercial capital of Colombo while the train ride is long and beautiful through hills and valleys.
Accommodation
The Zion View Guest House consists of 9 guestrooms that open up to spacious balconies. The balconies include outdoor seating facilities, hammocks and breathtaking views of the Ella Gap and the surrounding scenery. Since the guest house is incorporated to a hill, there are 4 bedrooms on the lower level, 1 bedroom in the middle level and 3 bedrooms on the top most level. All guestrooms are spacious while they are furnished with double or twin beds with ceiling fans and mosquito nets. There are en-suite bathrooms with hot water showers.

The dining area is an open area where guests can enjoy delicious home cooked Sri Lankan cuisine whilst enjoying nature unfold before them. Nearby towns that you can explore include Badulla and Bandarawela while with time in hand you can make a trek to the Dunhinda and Diyaluma Waterfalls.
