(SKU:LK15001F9C) Heritance Ahungalla Hotel, a luxury beach hotel at the fishing village of Ahungalla, close to Galle is a five star luxury property designed by Geoffrey Bawa, the master architect of Sri Lanka. Arrival at the luxury hotel to the open-plan lobby presents you all with a stunning long view of the infinity pool reaching all the way to the sea. The airy and spacious hotel is designed in such a way as to make the maximum off the natural light of the sunny beach at Heritance Ahungalla. The expansive wooded gardens of the hotel are well shaded from the tropical sun.

Location

Heritance Ahungalla is located in 15 acres of beachfront property in the south west coast of Sri Lanka in the town of Ahungalla. The hotel is located just south of Bentota while the distance from Colombo is approximately 76km. The Colombo – Katunayake new expressway offers travellers the convenience of reaching Colombo in less than 20 minutes while the drive from Colombo takes about 2 hours or less depending on your mode of transportation. The southern railway also runs via Ahungalla while buses and taxis are available right throughout.

Accommodation

A number of 152 guestrooms are available to choose from under a number of categories. Private balconies are available in all rooms so that guests can enjoy beautiful views of the southern coast and the Indian Ocean. Categories include deluxe rooms, premium rooms, luxury rooms, suites and luxury suites. Rooms and suites are very elegant while the monochrome colour schemes highlight stylish living conditions.
