Pagoda Gold

Has been adorned with an eclectic variety of furniture and furnishings, and is the smaller of the two pavilions. Located near to the Pool at �Pavilion Neapolitan�, it has a substantial covered terrace decked with chaise lounge, planters� chairs and its own dining space under a beautiful glass chandelier. The Bedroom has a very large king-size bed, bedside tables and lights, and luggage space. The room has its own i-pod dock. The Bathroom and shower has been created in a private space just separate from the main building, crafted with beautiful copper shower and basin fittings. (There is no bath).

Temple Angkor

Touches the style of Cambodia�s jungle temples with the energy of its own neighbour temple�s stupa aligned for its guests to enjoy. The bedroom is spacious with a large king-size bed, with en-suite WC and Basin and adorned with antiques, colourful fabrics and artefacts. There are shelves and hanging spaces for clothes, bedside tables and reading lights, a large chair and luggage space. The room also has its own i-pod dock. Temple Angkor also has its own separate large annexed kitchen (and fridge), which includes an outdoor barbecue area. The Bedrooms are based in two stylized pavilions, each having its own terrace and ample sitting and private dining area. All interiors boast a fusion of western and asian art and antiques, creating all comforts and some eccentricity in this lush tropical setting.
The Doll's House is a common Sitting Room housing deep sofas, Wi-Fi and TV, if you want to move away from your own pavilion to connect with friends, listen to music or take in a movie.
Pavilion Neapolitan houses a swimming pool with loungers in the shade, directing your vision over the paddy fields.
Based on the perimeter of a farming village, surrounded by plantations and rural life under the watchful eye of a stunning temple stoupa, experiences can include visits to markets, small temples,villages and farmland.

Facilities at Casa Heliconia, Katunayake

When you arrive at Casa Heliconia you feel immediately relaxed and there are plenty of areas to soak in the environment and unwind. Put on a sarong or whatever makes you most comfortable, lounge around on your own private verandah or retreat to the other pavilions.

Depending on your itinerary we suggest visiting Casa Heliconia at the end of your stay in Sri Lanka so you can relax and fully absorb all that you have seen of the island. The proximity to the airport also makes this a perfect option.

You may have time to visit “Dolpotha’, our isolated rural oasis of part-shaded woodland surrounded by paddy-fields. Take a picnic, and recline on a lounger to read or sun-bathe, or meditate and have a massage.
